Why I Do This Work

I did not get into insurance because it was a safe career. I got into it because I believe that protecting people — genuinely, completely, and honestly — is one of the most meaningful things a financial professional can do.

I have been in this industry for over 10 years. We all know of families shattered by coverage gaps they never knew existed. We have watched business owners lose everything because one critical policy was missing. And I have had the privilege of being the person who can show up with the right plan before any of that happens.

That is the work I am here to do.

When I founded Jackson Insurance & Financial Associates as a fully independent practice, it was not just a business decision. It was a commitment — to every client, past, present, and future — that I would always work for them, not for a company's quota or a carrier's shelf.

Independence means I can look you in the eye and tell you I found you the best option available. Not the best option my company allows me to offer. The best options available, period.

I am not going to bury you in a stack of brochures and send you home to figure it out. Here is how every client relationship works:

1. We start by listening. I take the time to understand your life — your assets, your goals, your family, your business, your concerns. Before I recommend anything, I need to understand what we are actually protecting.

2. We look at the complete picture. Using Asset-Map, I create a visual snapshot of your financial life — coverage, assets, liabilities, gaps, and goals — all on one page. Most clients see things they have never seen before.

3. We compare your real options. As an independent broker, I access multiple carriers to find you the right combination of coverage and price. I present my recommendation and the reasoning behind it — no pressure, no jargon.

4. We build a relationship, not a transaction. Your life changes. Your coverage should keep up. I conduct annual reviews and reach out proactively when something in your market or your situation warrants a conversation.
